GDPR Privacy notice
If you contact me, your personal data (i. e. name, email and address) will be saved. This personal data is required to enter into a contract with you (such as in anticipation of a service agreement) or to perform a contract with you (such as to provide services at your request), and failure to provide these data may result in my inability to provide the requested services.
In case we enter into a contract your personal data will be retained according to the applicable legislation (e. g. tax legislation). Here you have the following rights:
Right to Correct (Rectification) – You are entitled to have any inadequate, incomplete or incorrect personal data corrected. You are responsible for ensuring that I am informed about changes in personal circumstances so that I can ensure that your personal data is up-to-date.
Right to Access – You have the right to request access to your personal data and additional information about the processing of your personal data.
According to the GDPR you also have the Right to Withdraw Consent, Right to Erasure, Right to Data Portability, Right to Object to Processing. Your data won’t be processed beyond the fulfillment of the contract, and will be deleted after expiry of the retention period.
If we don’t enter into a contract, your data will be deleted after expiry of the quotation. This period will be mentioned in the email and usually will last two weeks at most.
Collection of Access Data and Log Files
My hosting provider collects based on my legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. GDPR data about each access of the server which hosts this website (server log files.) The access data include the name of the accessed website, file, data and time of the access, volume of transmitted data, report of sucessful request, browser type and version, the operating system, referrer URL, IP address and the requesting provider.
Information from log files are saved for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e. g. in order to examine abuse or fraud.) Afterwards they are deleted. Data which need to be saved longer as evidence are exempt from deletion until the incident has been settled completely.
